The Bowling Green Community Foundation (BGCF) received a $5,000 donation from Kinder Morgan to support its activities and initiatives to improve the quality of life for all Bowling Green community members.

Allen Fore, vice president of public affairs for Kinder Morgan, presented the donation check to BGCF Board President, Tony Hetrick, during a meeting with BGCF’s board of directors to learn more about its programs.

“We’re honored to add Kinder Morgan to the Foundation’s list of outstanding partners and donors that help us touch thousands of lives in the Bowling Green community,” Hetrick said. “This generous donation will bolster our commitment to help Bowling Green thrive, grow and exist as a community of opportunity and development for all its residents.”

The Foundation achieves its purpose through volunteer efforts and philanthropy, including its grant program, which distributes funds for community educational or sports activities, health or safety initiatives, environmental sustainability, and visual or performing arts.
