Kinder Morgan is pleased to partner with the Friends of Tuscarawas County Parks to support the promotion and development of recreational and historic trails in the county.  Kinder Morgan provided the Friends of Tuscarawas County Parks a donation of $25,000 to support their future and ongoing projects.

Kinder Morgan takes great pride in partnering with communities where we conduct business. We look forward to the construction of the Towpath Recreational Trail from Bolivar to New Philadelphia that will benefit local residents and visitors to the area.

“Community investments are an important extra step for companies to take to contribute directly to the community,” said Allen Fore, vice president for public affairs for Kinder Morgan. “So we’re glad we could do this. We’re glad there was a good fit.”

Jesse Rothacher, treasurer of the Friends of Tuscarawas County Parks added, “It [Kinder Morgan’s community investment] will be put to good use to develop parks and green space in Tuscarawas County,” he said.

Tuscarawas Commissioner Chris Abbuhl added, “We appreciate this. This is a very nice gift.”
